Energy action group

This group made up with 3 employees and benefit of the support of the technical department. The mission is to reduce mills energy. In order to perform detailed energy audit the group is equipped with state of the art instrumentation.

Here are the services :

• Negotiation and analysis of gas, electricity and oil contracts
• Checking and correction of peak power, power and utilization factors (electricity) and peak consumption (gas)
• Heating, air conditioning and ventilation studies of the building (HVAC)
• Studies for thermal energy recovery (air exhaust)
• Energy saving studies (processes, drying section, energy conversion, motors, drives…)
• Optimization of steam and condensate systems
• Reduction of compressed air, steam and vacuum
• Optimization of new construction ( lighting control, HVAC systems)
• Optimization of pump and vacuum pump operation
